Appointment Scheduling
All appointments are scheduled online through our Platform at https://mindnestbyselahshrey.com. You will receive a confirmation email or message once your booking is successful.
Appointment Timing
Appointments are provided strictly at the scheduled date and time. Please ensure you join the session on time to make the most of your booked slot.
Service Delivery
Our services are delivered virtually via online sessions (Zoom, Google Meet, or other platforms as communicated) or through phone calls, as per your preference and the service selected.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
You can reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
Rescheduling or cancellation requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment may not be accommodated or may incur a cancellation fee.
Missed appointments or no-shows will not be rescheduled or refunded.
Confirmation & Reminders
You will receive reminders via email or SMS before your appointment to help you stay on track.
Technical Requirements
Please ensure you have a stable internet connection and a device capable of running the session platform.
MindNest by Selah Shrey is not responsible for interruptions due to technical issues on the client side.
