By booking an appointment or availing any service on the Platform, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
All appointments must be booked in advance through the Platform. Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm the appointment slot.
Appointments may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time are not eligible for a refund.
No refunds will be provided for missed appointments, no-shows, or late arrivals.
You may request to reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time, subject to availability.
Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment may not be accommodated.
Refunds will be processed only under the following conditions:
Duplicate payment made due to technical issues
Appointment cancelled within the permitted cancellation period
Service could not be delivered due to technical or operational issues from our side
If approved:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
Refund processing may take 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
Missed or unattended appointments
Late cancellation requests
Dissatisfaction with service outcomes (as services are subjective in nature)
Internet connectivity or technical issues from the user’s side
In rare cases where MindNest by Selah Shrey is unable to conduct the scheduled session due to unavoidable circumstances, users will be offered:
A rescheduled session, or
A refund, at our sole discretion
MindNest by Selah Shrey reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, users will be notified and offered appropriate alternatives.
